1. Platform Purpose

MineHousing.com connects buyers seeking modular or prefabricated housing for industrial and remote projects with suppliers worldwide. We generate and distribute project leads based on submitted information.

We do not sell housing or construction services and are not party to any agreement between buyers and suppliers.

2. User Roles

2.1 Buyers

• May submit project information via our lead forms.
• Agree to provide truthful, accurate, and non-confidential information.
• Acknowledge that submission does not guarantee supplier response.

2.2 Suppliers

• May access leads through one-time purchases or subscription plans.
• Are solely responsible for evaluating and contacting buyers.
• Are responsible for fulfilling all commercial obligations independently.

3. Lead Fees & Commissions

• Leads may be sold to multiple suppliers simultaneously.
• Lead access is subject to non-refundable fees unless otherwise stated.
• We may introduce performance-based commissions on successful sales, subject to separate agreement with the supplier.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or profitability of any lead. We are not responsible for any agreements, communications, or disputes between buyers and suppliers.

5. Permitted Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, misleading, or unethical purposes.
• Harvest, resell, or redistribute leads without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform’s services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and code on MineHousing.com are the property of MineHousing Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated. Use without permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

MineHousing disclaims liability for business loss, contract failure, miscommunication, or any damage arising from the use of our Platform or leads.

8. Global Use

We operate globally. Users are responsible for complying with their local regulations and legal obligations when using the Platform.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
